Insurance and Signature

All our products are fully insured. The recipient’s signature is required upon delivery. Please be present at your stated address during the time of delivery.

The items will be shipped within 3-4 days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it is generated via email.

Shipment and Tracking

We ship our gemstones worldwide primarily using Federal Express . Please make sure the customer information (name and delivery address), is same as the authorization information of the credit card used for the transaction. If you would like us to ship your order to a destination outside our list, please contact us at asraf@rightgems.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
